Elizabeth Stubblefield, MFT Intern
Elizabeth works out of the Mission Valley and Rancho Bernardo offices. Elizabeth is a MFT intern who desires to
work with individuals and couples and families of various backgrounds. Elizabeth's theoretical orientation is solution
focused and is interested in helping others set goals and solve their problems in order to live healthy lives. Elizabeth
integrates a Biblical perspective in her work with clients, encouraging them to live God-centered lives.

After moving to the US from the Caribbean, Elizabeth graduated from Biola University with her BA in psychology.
She later completed her Master's of Arts in Clinical Psychology with emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from
Pepperdine University. Elizabeth gained experience in grief and loss issues at The Elizabeth Hospice in Escondido. She has
also worked as an educator in alternative education programs, where she taught at-risk youth. Elizabeth also works with
young children and their families doing play therapy and teaching parenting classes. She has also had the opportunity to
lead various groups; speaking and teaching are some of her strengths.
